This is the privacy policy for nationalprojectcentre.in ("we", "us", "our"), operated by National Project Centre, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India.
1. What we collect
When you submit a form on our website, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, WhatsApp number, email, course / department, university / college, and a free-text message. If you upload a resume on the job placement page, we collect that file too.
2. What we use it for
We use the information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a project / course / placement plan, and send you service-related messages on WhatsApp, phone or email. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
3. Storage & retention
Form submissions are stored on our server in Tamil Nadu, India, in a database that only the NPC team can access. We retain enquiry data for up to 24 months for service continuity (so we can pick up where we left off if you come back). Uploaded resumes are deleted within 6 months of your last interaction with us.
4. Cookies & analytics
We don't use third-party cookies. If we add analytics later (e.g. Plausible or Google Analytics with consent), we'll update this policy and ask for your consent before any tracking starts.
5. Your rights
You can ask us at any time to (a) confirm what we hold about you, (b) correct it, (c) delete it. Write to nationalprojectcentre@gmail.com with the email or phone you used on our forms.
6. Security
Our forms are CSRF-protected and rate-limited. The admin area is gated by a password and accessible only from authorised IPs. We don't store payment card details — payments are made via UPI / NEFT / RTGS or cash.
7. Changes to this policy
We'll post changes here with an updated "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by WhatsApp or email.
