Terms of service

1. Scope

These terms govern your use of nationalprojectcentre.in (the "site") and the project, course and placement services (the "services") offered by National Project Centre, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enter into a service contract. If you're under 18, a parent or guardian must agree on your behalf.

3. Service scope

Each service (project guidance, plagiarism rewriting, journal publication, course, placement) is delivered as described on its dedicated page. We may update the scope (topics, hours, deliverables) as long as the change doesn't reduce what you signed up for. We'll always confirm in writing before any change.

4. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information on enrolment (name, course, university, deadlines) and to share your university's prescribed format / template before we begin. You agree that the work is for your use, on your topic, with your guide's sign-off — and not for resale or redistribution.

5. Payments & refunds

Payment is due as agreed in the order confirmation. If we haven't started the work, you get a full refund. After work has started, the refund is pro-rated against the work delivered. Refunds are processed within 7 working days via the same payment method.

6. Academic integrity

The work we deliver is meant to be a starting point for your own submission. You are responsible for understanding, defending and submitting the work as your own. Plagiarism rewriting is performed within the limits of fair paraphrase and proper citation. We do not condone academic dishonesty; we help you submit work that is genuinely yours.

7. Confidentiality

Your draft is yours. We never reuse, resell or share your work with anyone. Only the NPC team working on your project sees it.

8. Job placement

Placement support is provided as resume review, mock interviews and direct referrals to our hiring partner network. We do not guarantee a job, and any service that does should raise a red flag.

9. Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages (e.g. loss of marks, rejection by your guide, or loss of a job opportunity).

10. Termination

You may terminate the engagement at any time by emailing us. We'll settle any pro-rated refund within 7 working days. We may terminate the engagement if you provide false information, attempt to resell our work, or behave abusively towards our team.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Namakkal, Tamil Nadu.
